Jaguar Secures #1 Position for Customer Satisfaction from JD Power for Second Year Running
Jaguar, a premier automobile maker, has won #1 position for Customer Satisfaction with Dealer Service from J D Power and Associates. This is the second consecutive year that this company has been awarded this position by J D Power. This award is given based on the responses 87,302 owners and lessees gave between January and April 2008. These responses were gathered from owners of 2005-07 model years of this vehicle.
Among the parameters on which these respondents chose their favorite vehicle were service litigation, service advisor, in-dealership experience, service delivery, service quality and user friendly service. This study, called the Customer Service Index (CSI) Study, is considered a yardstick for customer satisfaction automobile brands give their consumers.
Jaguar feels this is a vindication of their high level of product quality and service, team work and commitment to customers.
